John holds an MBA and a Masters in Operations Research from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York. After a career in the corporate world, he was offered an opportunity to work in the mortgage side of the business and has never looked back. When he’s not dedicating his time to his clients, you can find John traveling the world, working in his yard, or hiking with his wife Gigi.



Kevin Yu has over 20 years of successful experience in mortgage loans, investments, commercial loans, and project financing. A strong believer in the American dream, Kevin helps many clients to achieve their financial goals by providing practical and feasible solutions based on pricing policies and specifications.

He has extensive experience dealing with first-time homebuyers and corporate relocations in different states. He takes a consultative approach to the mortgage loan process by offering different types of loans, determining the feasibility of financing targets, and providing suitable loan solutions based on different conditions and requirements.

He carries out comprehensive financial analysis, planning, evaluations, and risk management by utilizing his professional knowledge and diverse experience accumulated throughout his career in the banking industry.



Maritza Cano is here to serve you with all your mortgage loan needs. She grew up in Norwalk, Connecticut, and is a bilingual Spanish speaker. She holds a degree in Education from the University of Connecticut and was an elementary school teacher for the past 18 years.

While helping her mother apply for a mortgage (with Cannondale Financial, of course!), she found the love and drive to help others just like her mom, and decided to get into the mortgage profession. She says, “I treat all my clients as I would treat my own family."

When she’s not dedicating her time to her clients, she spends time with her family, going on walks with her dog, traveling, or reading a good book.
